Role
Who you are
- +5 years Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar data-driven role
- Executive presence to be able to hold a light using data to decision making by CA, CRO, and executive team
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for driving operational excellence
Desirable
- Experience working in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
- Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and processes
- Expertise in advanced analytics or data science methodologies
- Knowledge of territory design and incentive compensation modeling
What the job involves
- We’re building out our Revenue Operations team, and we’re looking for a data-driven Revenue Operations Director to join us
- In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in accelerating sales performance by delivering actionable insights and operational support
- Your work will help improve sales velocity, win rates, and funnel growth by identifying the highest-leverage areas for investment, establishing performance metrics, and equipping sales leadership with data-led insights that drive continuous improvement
- You'll analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across the funnel
- Partner with CRO, CMO, Enablement to help drive growth through data and technology
- Develop and monitor key performance metrics to assess team and individual performance
- Partner closely with sales leadership to provide insights that guide strategic decisions
- Design and refine processes that improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Support forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning efforts
- Implement and manage tools and dashboards that provide visibility into performance and outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to align revenue initiatives

Legal spending tends to be significantly more expensive due to financial guesswork, and despite these high costs, outside counsel programs often do not represent the legal partnership that the enterprise was initially seeking.
