Who you are
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a B2B customer success role, ideally within the SaaS industry
- Proven ability to quickly build trust with B2B clients, focusing on delivering business value
- A customer-first mindset, known for your empathetic and service-oriented approach
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on practical, positive solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and senior management
- Native-level fluency in both written and spoken German, with strong proficiency in English
What the job involves
- We are seeking a proactive (Senior) Customer Success Manager to drive our expansion in the DACH market with our cutting-edge SaaS solution
- In this role, you'll take ownership of key accounts, empower customers to become product experts, and collaborate with our Sales Team on upselling opportunities

- Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers and internal teams, fostering trust and long-term collaboration
- Ensure customer success by helping them fully leverage the potential of deskbird’s solutions
- Lead and manage customer projects, from planning through execution to ongoing support
- Organise and facilitate customer meetings, project kickoffs, and training sessions
- Partner closely with Sales and Account Management to identify growth and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Serve as the key point of communication between internal departments and customers, contributing to product improvement
- Customise and optimise customer systems to fit their specific needs
- Bring fresh ideas and strategies that align with deskbird's vision and values

Swiss-based Deskbird is on route to become Europe’s leading workplace management platform that allows companies to create ordered but flexible environments.
The company has adopted a unique approach to workplace management, offering the first workplace software built around users instead of buildings. Along with standard functionalities like booking resources, the tool that has brought the company unique success is the ability, via mobile app, to identify who of their employees are in the office and thereby schedule meetings accordingly.
Following 2023 funding, the company will invest capital into extending reach across European markets, entering the US market, and to allow expansion of its product offerings. The company's 10 year plan is to be to workforce management what Salesforce is to CRM. A lofty goal, but the company is certainly setting itself up to achieve this in due time.
