What the job involves
- Every day, millions of hospitalized patients who need intervention are missed because clinicians simply can't see and do everything. HealthLeap is building the AI operating system that helps care teams identify these missed patients, enabling them to improve health outcomes and generate millions of dollars. - Over the past year, we've grown contracted revenue more than 13x, expanded rapidly across leading health systems, and now help care teams identify patients across millions of inpatient encounters
- The opportunity ahead is dramatically larger than our current team. Our CEO needs a trusted partner to help co-lead fundraising, enterprise sales, recruiting, product strategy, AI-enabled operations, customer success, and company building
- That's where you come in. As Chief of Staff, you'll become the CEO's highest-leverage partner—bringing clarity to complexity, turning strategy into execution, and helping build a system that allows HealthLeap to scale from an exceptional startup into an industry-defining healthcare company. You'll have a front-row seat to nearly every consequential decision as we build one of healthcare's fastest-growing AI companies

Our take
Founded after witnessing the tragic effects of untreated malnutrition in hospitals, HealthLeap AI aims to develop AI-assisted tools for healthcare professionals to better address hospital malnutrition. One such tool is the app NutriLeap, used by dieticians to enhance their assessment of a patient’s nutritional needs.
Typically, this work is done by hand but HealthLeap provides productivity-based solutions for often understaffed dietetics, enabling them to deliver efficient and bespoke treatment to patients. With the pandemic accelerating healthcare professionals’ use of digital tools, HealthLeap is positioned to capture a significant market share with its software.
With seed funding awarded in 2022, HealthLeap is now working to provide discharged patients with adequate aftercare, informing them of any changing nutritional needs, key to reducing hospital readmissions. Currently focused on the US market, HealthLeap's goal is to eradicate hospital malnutrition globally.
