AAT qualified or equivalent
Experience with Accounting Software g. Xero, Sage
Intermediate excel skills

What the job involves

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and commercially driven Finance Assistant to join our growing InfiniteCFO team!
You will join our client service team working directly with clients on a variety of projects, ensuring that accurate records are maintained and helping improve their current processes, including through the implementation of technology
You will be a great communicator with the ability to elicit the necessary information from our clients to ensure that transactions are correctly processed, as well as being able to help clients adopt new ways of working
Processing Sales transactions for our clients, from sales order to invoice and receipt to a high level of accuracy
Processing Purchase transactions for our clients from requisition to order, invoice and payment to a high level of accuracy
Working as part of a client engagement team to onboard new clients and implement our standard processes and automation tools
Working with the wider client service team to develop better ways of operating, implementing processes and tools to continuously improve the value we deliver to our clients and our the accuracy and efficiency
