Who you are
- Master's degree from a top engineering, business schools or academic equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- 3+ years of experience in managing teams and projects
- Strong understanding of service delivery principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What the job involves
- A Senior customer delivery manager is responsible for managing the overall delivery of services to clients
- They focus on maintaining service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring service quality, and managing client relationships
- Managing the customer relationship: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders at the client organization, understanding their needs, and managing their expectations
- Developing and managing service delivery plans: Working with clients to develop service delivery plans that meet their needs and SLAs. These plans should include timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
- Managing the delivery team: Leading and managing the team responsible for delivering the services to the client. This includes setting goals, delegating tasks, and providing support and guidance
- Monitoring and tracking progress: Monitoring the progress of service delivery and tracking against the service delivery plan. Identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues
- Reporting to the client: Communicating regularly with the client on the progress of service delivery, any issues that arise, and any changes to the service delivery plan
Our take
Outsight has combined the software assets of its parent company Dibotics with 3D sensor technology to create a LiDAR pre-processor designed to help make smarter, safer vehicles, and add spatial AI to buildings like stores and airports. Importantly, however, Outsight’s business model is focused on providing a simpler plug-and-play LiDAR solution, to close the gap between LiDAR early adopters and the mainstream market.
Helping more companies easily tap into LiDAR’s full situational awareness capabilities in our growing network of interconnected, smart environments is likely to prove a winning strategy for Outsight going forward. And already, the company has proven attractive to international clients across a number of highly lucrative fields including industrial automation, driverless cars, and drones.
Outsight has carved out a niche for itself, attracting a solid client base as the industry embraces new technologies. In a significant development, the company was acquired by Billups, a leading NYC-based OOH managed services agency, in a deal that expanded Billups' global presence to 16 countries. This acquisition strengthens Outsight's industrial edge and cloud application offerings, opening up exciting new opportunities for growth and innovation within the company.
