Who you are
- Experience with product management, including developing and prioritizing product backlogs
- Demonstrated history of collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, design, marketing)
- Background in conducting user research and making data-driven product decisions
- Proficiency in developing and communicating product strategies and requirements
- Experience coordinating go-to-market plans and feature rollouts
Desirable

- As an IC3 Product Manager II at Coursera, you will drive product innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance user experience and team efficiency
- You will manage product strategies, prioritize features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with our broader product vision
- Your focus will be on user-centric design, data-driven decisions, and the smooth coordination of new feature rollouts
- The Monetization pod at Coursera owns the strategy, vision and roadmap to drive consumer revenue across all types of products
- You will lead the team tasked with maximizing paid conversion through pricing, subscriptions & packaging and seamless user experiences
- You will play a key role in fostering a collaborative environment, advocating for continuous improvement, and ensuring our product offerings remain competitive
- This position is crucial for driving the success and evolution of Coursera’s products
- Lead product innovation initiatives to improve user experience and team efficiency
- Own the product backlog, prioritizing features to align with user needs and business objectives
- Develop and deliver comprehensive product strategies and requirements for key features
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to drive seamless product execution
- Conduct user research and analyze feedback to advocate for user-centric design and inform decision-making
- Create and oversee go-to-market plans for new features to ensure successful rollouts
