Senior Product Marketing Manager, Sourcegraph

• You have a track record of success in driving product marketing initiatives
• You’re equally comfortable shaping narratives that connect with our technical enterprise audience, enabling sales, and shipping launches that move the business forward
• You understand the software development lifecycle and are excited about how AI is reshaping developer tools and workflows
• 5+ years of work experience in product marketing, developer marketing, product management, or related technical marketing roles in a B2B enterprise setting
• Strong familiarity with developer tools and modern developer workflows, with a deep interest in AI-driven software development
• Proven ownership of end-to-end technical product launches, spanning positioning, field enablement, and launch execution
• Demonstrated ability to partner closely with technical teams to define what sets Sourcegraph apart and translate that differentiation into clear, credible, and memorable stories across channels
• Experience supporting enterprise sales motions and navigating complex buying cycles
• Strong sales enablement muscle, building and maintaining high-impact collateral and assets that scale and move enterprise deals forward
• Experience delivering integrated campaigns in partnership with Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and DevRel across webinars, videos, web content, and events
• Customer-first mindset, translating real customer feedback into messaging, positioning, and product direction
• Strong technical aptitude, with a deep understanding of how modern software is built, shipped, and adopted
• Bias toward action, moving quickly and putting bold ideas into motion
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) in enterprise or strategic account motions
