Software Engineer, Waymo

• 2+ years of professional experience in the field of software engineering
• Experience in programming C++
• Experience with building highly scalable distributed system

• The ML Platform team builds tools & infra that empower all ML Engineers at Waymo to experiment & deploy ML models efficiently
• These systems include solutions for data generation, feature store, bulk inference, lineage tracking, and dataset management
• We are looking for a software engineer to join our team to build highly scalable data infrastructure to help scale Waymo's datasets to power the ever-growing ML models
• Report into our Head of ML PlatformDesign and build the next generation data generation framework at Waymo
• Collaborate with ML practitioners on designing the schema & infrastructure in managing the ML datasets
• Collaborate with other infra teams to make sure we have an efficient end-to-end data pipeline for model training
