Who you are
- Education & Experience: 7+ years of established success selling complex cloud-based solutions (Embedded/OEM or PaaS preferred)
- Outcomes-Based Sales Mastery: Mastery of foundational sales skills (MEDDPICC or MEDDIC) combined with a strategic understanding of complex business challenges to close strategic accounts
- Creative Conflict & Communication: The ability to share your unique perspective, openly debate ideas to find the best solutions, and authentically engage with C-level executives

What the job involves
- As an Account Executive for our Embedded team, you will own the end-to-end sales process for new logo-based clients in North America, acting as a crucial driver in an outcomes-based selling motion
- Visier provides foundational technology for our embedded partners to commercialize workforce data, accelerate AI innovation and unlock valuable insight using a purpose-built context layer
- You will leverage advanced relationship building and strategic communication skills, paired with knowledge of modern GTM practices, to generate a consistent pipeline, influence executive stakeholders, secure new embedded partners and drive revenue growth
- Through this work you’ll enable our partners to drive value for their customers and realize quantifiable outcomes while helping Visier achieve sales objectives in the North America region for our embedded products
- Pipeline Development & Control: Own and control the sales process for Visier’s embedded solutions across key verticals, consistently achieving annual sales quotas based on annual contract value
- Outcomes-Based Alignment: Utilize effective research and sales discovery techniques to identify a prospect’s strategic priorities, tying Visier's value directly to their desired outcomes
- Strategic GTM Guidance: Recommend and guide packaging decisions and go-to-market strategies for each partner’s embedded implementation to ensure optimal value realization
- Commercial Creativity: Strategically address financial objections and blockers by reframing current ways of thinking about budget, cost of inaction, and build vs. buy considerations
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proactively partner with internal Visier teams and stakeholders to establish credibility, develop compelling business cases, and ultimately deliver on our partnership commitments
