Information Technology Intern, Datasnipper

• You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/macOS) and common productivity tools
• Interest in cloud and SaaS technologies (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Slack, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
• Good communication skills and customer service mindset
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Desirable

• We are looking for a motivated and curious IT Intern to join our IT team and provide hands-on technical support across the organization
• You’ll assist with user support, system administration, and daily IT operations, gaining experience with enterprise tools such as Microsoft Entra ID, Office 365, Slack, Teams, Freshservice, and VPN/network infrastructure
• Provide first-line support to employees via Freshservice (ticketing system) for hardware, software, and access issues
• Assist in managing user accounts and groups in Microsoft Entra ID and Office 365
• Support and troubleshoot Slack, Microsoft Teams, and other SaaS collaboration tools
• Help onboard and offboard employees (device setup, account provisioning, license assignment)
• Support VPN connectivity and basic network troubleshooting for our Amsterdam and New York offices
• Maintain accurate IT documentation and asset records
• Collaborate with the IT team on projects to improve automation, security, and support workflows
• Learn and contribute to IT process improvement initiatives
