What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Commercial Associate to help us manage day to day project management of commercial initiatives
- This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious, multi-talented individual who wants to see the inside of a fast-moving startup working closely with our VP of Commercial, CEO, VP of Product and other key stakeholders
- Project manage initiatives
- Take minutes, agenda management, tracking actions, arranging meetings, liaising with partners as necessary
- Monitor the project plan, highlighting upcoming milestones and deadlines, and ensuring relevant department is on track
- Work with product, compliance, finance and other departments to monitor completion of Regulatory Business Plans
- Report upwards; contributing to monthly reporting and liaising with project owners
- Communicate and organise, not be afraid to keep people moving
