Senior AI Engineer, Abacus Insights

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science with demonstrated depth in applied AI and large-scale systems, or relevant professional experience
• 7–10 years of software and data engineering experience, including 3–5 years building ML/AI or GenAI systems
• 2 Years of experience with Databricks and modern data/AI platforms
• Deep hands‑on experience with LLMs, embeddings, agents, RAG, MCP, and modern AI evaluation techniques
• Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience designing scalable, distributed systems for data‑intensive workloads
• A track record of leading complex projects, influencing technical decisions, and mentoring engineers
• A passion for building reliable, high‑quality AI systems with real‑world impact
