• This role requires a strategic leader with deep technical expertise in Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies, combined with strong experience in people and project management
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure, systems engineering, or related fields, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role
• Expertise in Kubernetes, containerization (Docker), and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience in scaling and optimizing distributed systems, with strong knowledge of cloud networking, security, and storage
• Proven ability to lead high-performing engineering teams and drive technical roadmaps
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on risk assessment and mitigation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across teams and leadership levels
