Junior Data Scientist / Prompt Refinement Assistant, Twyn

• While prior experience with LLMs or prompt engineering is not required, a strong willingness to learn and collaborate with both technical and creative teams is essential
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
• Strong interest in AI, machine learning, and language models
• Demonstrated adaptability across various research subjects and a broad interest in diverse topics
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to challenges
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams
• Willingness to undergo training and quickly adapt to new technologies and methods
• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages, though not required, is a plus, in particular Python

• This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about exploring the capabilities of large language models (LLMs) and eager to learn about prompt crafting and optimization
• You will play a role in bridging our R&D efforts with our content team, contributing to the development of high-quality prompts that are at the core of our AI system
• Develop and optimize prompts for various LLMs to improve classification accuracy
• Work closely with our research and content teams to understand specific requirements and challenges associated with different prompts
• Receive training in prompt crafting techniques, including few-shot learning, chain of thought, and other methods to optimize LLM performance
• Participate in testing and refining prompts to improve classification accuracy
• Document the prompt development process, including successes and challenges, to facilitate continuous learning and improvement
