Account Coordinator, Magnite

• Adtech work experience, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to learn quickly while demonstrating strong attention to detail
• Technical aptitude and ability to converse clearly with internal and external clients
• A self-starter mindset and a demonstrated track record of executing and delivering in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent ability to identify and solve problems
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities
• Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills; SalesForce experience a plus
• Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript is a plus

• Magnite’s Account Coordinators are experts in the Magnite Seller Platform (DV+) and the programmatic advertising landscape, providing guidance for publishers and internal teams
• Our team is responsible for assisting with integration management, troubleshooting, and front-line support and we are looking for a team player who has a positive attitude and excellent customer service while having a strong passion for what technology and automation can deliver for our clients
• Provide exceptional customer service to external clients
• Develop an understanding and mastery of all internal tools
• Become an expert on the DV+ platform and leverage knowledge to educate both clients and internal teams on best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve client and platform related issues by partnering with technical teams
• Provide prompt external client communications for all inquiries within SLA’s
• Develop strong working relationships and effectively communicate with internal and external teams
• Work closely and collaboratively with the internal Account Teams to ensure the best possible resolution for the client
• Liaise with publishers to oversee proper integration onto the DV+ platform
• Utilize Salesforce to manage a queue of requests and track progress
