Who you are
- The ideal candidate has strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and experience managing financial processes and teams in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CFA or CPA preferred)
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Anaplan, and AI-driven technology)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
What the job involves
- We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager of FP&A, Hardware to lead financial planning, forecasting, and business partnering across Hardware and Hardware Programs
- Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and timeliness
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support business planning and scenario analysis
- Collaborate with department heads to gather key assumptions and ensure cross-functional consistency
- Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze financial results, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, including variance analysis and KPI dashboards
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on financial and operational data
- Inventory Management
- Support long-term inventory tracking and forecasting for various hardware SKUs
- Partner with fulfillment team to evaluate inventory levels and make decisions around purchases
- Identify ways to streamline and automate ongoing inventory reporting and management
