Role
Who you are
- 8+ years recruiting experience in high‑growth tech, with direct, hands‑on success sourcing and closing Engineers, Product, Go‑to‑Market, and G&A talent. Specialization in hiring technical & niche talent is a must
- Demonstrated expertise partnering with hiring managers on role design, interview calibration, and offer strategy
- Fluency with modern, AI‑enabled recruiting stacks (e.g., Greenhouse, Gem, HireEZ, ChatGPT, LinkedIn AI) and comfort experimenting with new tools
- Data‑driven mindset—able to update dashboards & interpret funnel metrics
- Hiring manager influence and consultative skills—can challenge constructively and inspire action
- Bonus: Experience with AEC, SaaS, architecture, homebuilding. Lacking that, a passion for the built environment or eagerness to learn the homebuilding domain
What the job involves
- Higharc is entering a rapid growth phase: expanding product offerings, onboarding new customers, and scaling our distributed team. We’re looking for a strong recruiter to join us for several months to help identify and hire a number of high-priority roles.
- You’ll work alongside our full-time Senior Recruiter to source & interview candidates, partner with hiring managers, and maintain a high level of candidate experience
- Own searches for Engineering, Product, Go-to-Market, Implementation, and G&A roles—from kickoff through offers
- Source talent via Ashby (our ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
- Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and guide hiring teams through decision-making
- Lead role-intake meetings and weekly syncs
- Calibrate interview feedback and advise on compensation benchmarks and market insights
- Uphold fast response times, clear communication templates, and feedback loops
- Track funnel metrics, time-to-start, and source effectiveness
- Surface insights weekly to the VP, People Ops
- Launch quick-strike campaigns to reach diverse, hard-to-find talent pools
Our take
The housing market is trending toward a recession, signaling the return to a buyers’ market. This should be great news for buyers, but the current housing shortage means most new builds lack customization, as reduced variability allows builders to anticipate and quickly execute new builds.
Higharc’s software automates and optimizes every step of the home building process, creating a fully customizable 3D model that is seamlessly translated into blueprints, resulting in better-built homes by eliminating material waste and costly errors, and saving consumers from cookie-cutter houses.
The all-in-one homebuilding platform raised additional funding in early 2024, with a strategic investment from Spark Capital. This addition will help the company further optimize its offerings and fuel its growth.
