- 3+ years of experience in a B2B account management or similar sales role, with a proven track record of exceeding targets
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the ability to identify and articulate value propositions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Strong analytical skills and experience with forecasting techniques

What the job involves
- In this position, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth by navigating customer renewals, securing upsells and expansions, and fostering strong relationships with our key accounts
- You'll be responsible for developing strategic plans to maximize customer lifetime value and delivering accurate forecasts to support our business goals
- Renewal Champion: Drive successful contract renewals for the accounts you’re entrusted with, ensuring long-term customer value and recurring revenue
- Expansion Expert: Develop and execute strategies to promote growth opportunities within your customer base, increasing their overall value to Finch
- Strategic Execution: Partner with key stakeholders to develop comprehensive account strategies, identifying and maximizing growth potential
- Forecasting Authority: Create accurate and timely renewal and expansion forecasts to inform business decisions and strategic planning
- Communication Champion: Maintain clear and consistent communication with senior leadership, providing timely updates and escalations regarding customer relationships and account activity. This includes surfacing win-loss analysis and recommendations on key opportunities
- Relationship Builder: Build strong, collaborative partnerships with key decision-makers within your assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor for and extension of their business
Our take
HR teams often deal with disparate systems for employee information and payroll that don't line up neatly with one another. This requires a large amount of manual data entry, slowing vital processes down. Finch exists to solve this, providing APIs that allow companies to build a unified process and single dashboard for all a company's HR functions.
Through Finch, HR teams can manage employee benefit contributions, onboard new employees and much more without having to manually pull data from spreadsheets, pdfs and internal servers. Though it isn't the only company tackling this issue, Finch stands out for security features which allow for the data it handles to be encrypted in transit as well as at rest.
The company has raised significant funding which support further product development and the expansion of its team, especially across engineering, product and customer success. As the company is already revenue positive, and the demand for its product is only growing, Finch is well poised for future success.
