Who you are

You have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
You have 3+ years of experience in procurement contract management, supplier negotiations, or a related field
You have a strong understanding of contract best practices including standard T&C’s, experience with IT contracts a plus
You have excellent communication and relationship skills and have the ability to manage multiple stakeholder goals and priorities
You have Contract Management Software experience, Gatekeeper a plus

What the job involves

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Procurement Contracts Manager to oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle for our procurement operations which sits in our Legal department
This role will ensure compliance, provide strong cross functional communication, mitigate risks, and optimize process efficiency
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure comprehensive contracts are executed according to best practices and internal SLA’s
Develop and implement contracting policies, templates, and best practices to streamline processes and ensure compliance
Collaborate with legal, finance, and procurement teams to mitigate risks and ensure proper contract execution
Conduct contract process evaluations and identify opportunities for automation
Maintain a centralized contract management system (Gatekeeper) and ensure timely renewals and amendments
Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on contract management and procurement policies
Success in this role looks like:
Contract Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure 100% adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies while minimizing contract-related risks
Operational Efficiency: Reduce contract processing time by implementing streamlined workflows and automation tools, improving turnaround times and stakeholder relationships
