Role
Who you are
- Creativity & Storytelling: A knack for crafting visually striking and emotionally resonant content that connects with audiences. Bonus if you have personal experience as a direct creator/presenter
- Social expert: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok paid ad formats and strategies
- Content Production: Skills in design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite ideal, but not essential
- Copywriting: Strong ability to write concise, engaging copy tailored for B2B audiences
- Organization: You have experience working with multiple stakeholders and can run productive meetings and hustle a process forward
- 3-5 years of experience as a creative strategist, copywriter, or content creator (ideally) within the B2B space
- A strong portfolio of work showcasing successful ad campaigns and creative projects, especially for social media
- Demonstration of strong ROI and business impact from campaigns you’ve directly led or contributed to
- Familiarity with the B2B space, HR tech, or SaaS is a plus but not required
What the job involves
- As a Paid-Social Manager, you'll craft compelling ad campaigns by blending storytelling, design, and platform expertise
- Focused on B2B audiences, you'll develop creative scripts, visuals, and content optimized for performance across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube and TikTok
- This hands-on role is perfect for someone who excels at the crossroads of digital strategy, content creation, and performance marketing
- Write and develop engaging scripts, ad copy, and creative concepts tailored for paid-social platforms
- Design (directly and with our design team) plus produce visually compelling ad creatives, including graphics, animations, and short-form video content
- Experiment with new storytelling techniques to capture attention and drive conversions
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to ideate and execute campaigns optimized for key social platforms
- Stay updated on platform-specific best practices, trends, and algorithm changes to deliver cutting-edge ad experiences
- Work with our Regional Marketing teams to ensure our campaigns are reaching our ICP and are truly localised for each market
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to inform iterative improvements in creative assets & campaign evolution.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine ad elements like visuals, headlines, and CTAs for maximum impact
- Use feedback and data insights to continuously evolve creative strategies and ensure they align with brand objectives
