What the job involves

We’re looking for a motivated Team Assistant (f/m/d) to support our Business Development team in the Netherlands
Handle day-to-day organizational and administrative tasks that keep our team running smoothly
Create and maintain compelling company presentations, product demos, documents, and reports for the Business Development team
Set up and maintain client accounts on our digital platform
Keep our CRM system up-to-date and help to continuously improve it to drive sales intelligence and efficiency further
Coordinate the planning and organization of our participation in trade shows and other events
Support our sales efforts by helping with lead generation, client meeting preparations, and follow-up processes
