Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Alternatively, you have successfully completed an IT apprenticeship
- Proven work experience in IT support, systems administration, IT project management or a related role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and common business applications combined with experience with cybersecurity practices and data protection
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco)
- Excellent communication skills in English (C1+). German skills as a nice to have
- Ideally, you have also mentored or assisted some junior IT professionals
What the job involves
- As a Senior IT Specialist, you will own our day-to-day IT operations, support and guide the IT team, act as an escalation point for complex issues, and help shape a scalable and secure IT setup as we grow
- Ensure timely resolution of IT issues, service requests and user support needs by creating and improving our procedures, tooling and guidelines
- Support and guide part of the IT support team, jumping in when needed and helping set clear, practical standards
- Maintain system security, performance, backups, and data integrity
- Be a go-to escalation point, working hands-on with the team to solve more complex technical challenges
- Coordinate IT projects, vendors, policies, and technology solutions to support business operations
- Help shape our IT setup as we grow, contributing to IT strategy, architecture decisions, and continuous process improvements

Deeploi is building an all-in-one IT platform set to enable businesses to streamline the entire scope of their IT operations, removing everyday IT-related pains and increasing the overall efficacy of IT teams. The rapid shift to hybrid/remote work environments has posed an increasing complexity in the SaaS environment, especially for SMEs. Deeploi’s solution will support these companies, so they are able to flourish in the evolving ecosystem and remain competitive.
Since closing a pre-seed funding round in 2023, the company has seen rapid growth, acquiring over 30 customers and scaling to over 20 employers across two offices. Now, with even more funding, the company is ready to expand its product and engineering, IT Support and go-to-market teams, while also further developing its platform to fit the tech stack of the modern, cloud-native companies it serves.
