Role
Who you are
- Have demonstrated high-touch customer support experience in SaaS or technical services, including email, phone, and live chat
- Possess one to two years of experience in technical support roles
- Exhibit a strong ability to self-learn and quickly adapt to evolving product features and digital tools
- Have deep understanding of Webflow products or similar web design tools
- Have proficiency in HTML, CSS, DNS, JavaScript, or advanced Webflow features
- Approach technical troubleshooting with analytical and critical thinking skills for
- Exhibit a collaborative, creative, and autonomous approach to teamwork
- Have a commitment to radical candor for clear communication and problem-solving
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Are passionate about advocating for others—customers and colleagues alike—and a desire to grow a career in customer support
- Have experience working with Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk and Confluence
- Are fluent in French or German, with advanced proficiency in both spoken and written communication
- Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to help us empower our customers to excel in their endeavors and to continuously enhance Webflow to its fullest potential
- Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Support (EMEA)
- Deliver consistently exceptional customer experiences to every Webflow user
- Assist customers in support queues utilizing various tools such as Zendesk and Jira
- Document and report bugs, resolve issues, and foster collaboration within the team to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction
- Advocate for our customers' needs, collaborating closely with your team and manager to identify opportunities for enhancing our product and services
- In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role
