Role
Who you are
- 1 year of coordination or administrative experience in a corporate environment
- Prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator is strongly preferred
- Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Greenhouse preferred
- Advanced experience in the full Google Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, hiring teams, and recruiting team members
- The ability to problem-solve, think proactively, and manage multiple priorities with conflicting deadlines
- Our hybrid roles require in-office work Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This schedule fosters collaboration, team connection, and strategic planning, enhancing communication and effectiveness to drive results
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and assist with the recruitment process by providing administrative support
- You will be responsible for maintaining the applicant tracking system, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding
- Your contributions will help us ensure a seamless hiring process and attract and retain high-performing employees who align with our company’s values. This role will report to the Lead, Recruiting & People Operations
- Coordinate, schedule and confirm candidate interviews (virtual, and/or onsite)
- Communicate interview schedules and details to candidates, hiring managers, and interview team members
- Act as point of contact for candidates throughout the interview scheduling process to ensure a great candidate experience
- Build exceptional partnerships with hiring managers, employees, and the recruiting team by fulfilling all scheduling requests promptly and supporting them with various recruiting needs
- Perform other duties as assigned like preparing offer letters and assisting with the new hire onboarding process

Providing customers with quick access to credit is important for fintech companies to survive in today's financial landscape of open banking, but this is made difficult by high credit rejection rates from banks. However, these decisions are generally made by human assessments of data which are limited due to the complexity of the modern financial landscape. AI-driven solutions, able to analyse vast amounts of data almost instantly to derive accurate credit risk assessments, present room for improvement in the lending industry.
Enova provides a platform called Colossus that leverages AI and machine learning-enabled analytics to provide businesses and individuals with fast, reliable, and trustworthy credit. The company achieves this by partnering with banks and sharing its data analysis solutions, helping to identify opportunities for credit when they would otherwise be missed. There is definitely a market for its product: over 13M customers have funded almost $65B through the platform to date.
Enova has grown strongly in recent years based on the rapid uptake of its product. As the macroeconomic climate remains volatile, businesses will increasingly come to rely on Enova's AI-based solutions to help them manage credit risk and navigate an increasingly complex lending environment.
