Analytical and Automation Solutions Principal, Bread Financial

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience delivering and defining advanced analytical and automation solutions across complex, cross-domain environments
• Experience includes solving ambiguous problems using advanced analytics, machine learning, NLP, and automation frameworks, and shaping solution architectures across technologies
• Demonstrated expertise in selecting appropriate methodologies (ML modeling, text analytics, RPA orchestration)
• Experience with GenAI capabilities (LLM strategy, enterprise use cases) is expected. Recognized internal or external subject matter expert in analytical and automation domains
