Who you are
- Proven experience as a technical lead; people management experience is a plus
- Strong hands-on expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform
- Strong understanding of DevOps, SRE, and FinOps principles

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Pragmatic, proactive, and comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on operational work
- Experience supporting multiple internal teams, ideally in an international environment
What the job involves
- As Technical Cloud Infrastructure Manager, you'll be responsible for both the strategic evolution and the operational excellence of Voodoo’s central infrastructure on AWS
- You will lead a highly skilled team of 4 engineers in a platform-oriented model, providing reliable, scalable cloud services. You’ll work closely with the VP of the Business Unit and cross-functional teams to build, operate, and continuously improve a resilient cloud environment while supporting internal teams in designing, evolving, and optimizing their infrastructure stacks
- Lead and mentor your team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence
- Operate and evolve Voodoo’s core infrastructure stacks (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform), ensuring security, scalability, and best practices
- Drive the evolution of Voodoo’s core technical stacks: AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform
- Oversee the observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana) to ensure proper monitoring and metrics
- Define, maintain, and track the infrastructure roadmap in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders
- Support development teams in designing, evolving, and optimizing their infrastructure, promoting best practices for architecture and cloud security
- Monitor and optimize cloud costs, implementing FinOps practices and ensuring cost-efficient use of resources
- Proactively identify opportunities and anticipate challenges in platform and infrastructure operations
