Desirable

• Work directly with clients: proactive year-round tax insights, white-glove delivery
• Prepare, review, and file individual returns for HNW households (starting $1M to $25M net worth) plus related business returns
• Own equity-comp planning: ISO/NSO/RSU/ESPP, AMT crossover, 83(b), QSBS, 409A, secondary sales, IPO/liquidity events
• Help build the Tax Brain: break complex decisions into logic an engineer can code; review AI advice and correct it
• Solve edge cases: AMT, wash sales, multi-state allocation, QSBS, pass-through optimization
• Your one-year outcomes:
• Own a full book of HNW / equity-heavy clients end-to-end at NPS 70+
• File accurately and on time across the book. Zero critical errors
• Be the team's go-to equity comp expert
• You ship reusable checklists, templates, and decision-tree specs that the team adopts and the Tax Brain encodes
