Role
Who you are
- Minimum of 2 years of Payments recruitment experience, preferably in-house or high-growth/start-up environments
- Strong ability to identify talent and assess candidates based on both their skills and cultural fit
- Additional consideration given for experience in international recruitment, demonstrating adaptability and global reach
- Extensive knowledge of diverse recruitment channels and tools, such as LinkedIn, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Exceptional organizational skills, capable of effectively managing multiple priorities
- Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Successful track record in recruiting and hiring candidates across various industries and roles
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Language skills would be advantageous
What the job involves
- Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, this brand new role is central to Volt’s dynamic growth phase
- With a primary emphasis on assisting in recruiting for the UK/Europe function, you'll ultimately take charge of the complete recruitment process for roles in this domain
- This exciting position not only allows you to significantly influence our success whilst developing your own career, but also offers the chance to evolve within a dedicated and forward-thinking team
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including creating compelling job ads, conducting screenings and interviews, and negotiating offers
- Collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition to develop and implement innovative TA strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Establish strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs, job criteria, and our unique company culture
- Assist in creating and maintaining a robust talent pipeline to meet the company's future hiring requirements
- Proactively identify and engage top-tier candidates through various sourcing channels such as social media, job boards, referrals, and networking events
- Work with hiring managers to create accurate and captivating job descriptions that effectively communicate job responsibilities and requirements
- Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and provide insights for decision-making
- Maintain candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Workable, and regularly update hiring managers
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and legal regulations in talent acquisition and human resources
