What the job involves
- As Marketing Manager at Blank Street, you’ll be the driving force behind campaigns that delight, inspire, and resonate with our audience
- From seasonal product launches to bold brand moments, you’ll create exceptional consumer campaigns that people talk about, share, and remember
- Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll collaborate with teams across the business to bring your ideas to life and mentor a junior marketer, fostering a culture of creativity and ambition
- You’ll be the creative architect behind our seasonal campaigns, crafting strategies that go beyond business goals, and set new standards for what’s possible. You’ll craft narratives that leave a lasting mark, ensuring Blank Street’s campaigns are impossible to ignore
- From concept to launch, you’ll have a direct hand in introducing our most exciting new products to the world. Whether it’s shaping the next must-try matcha flavour or amplifying its story across our audience, you’ll ensure our launches create buzz, drive trial, and become the talk of the high street
- You’ll turn consumer insights into gold, creating campaigns that don’t just resonate but inspire action and spark loyalty
- Working hand-in-hand with our creative team, you’ll transform your vision into stunning visuals and compelling content that speak directly to the hearts of our Gen Z audience
- Collaborating with teams across Blank Street, you’ll be the visionary who ensures everyone is aligned, energised, and excited about what’s in store
- With your direct report by your side, you’ll be the engine behind execution, driving the end-to-end delivery of campaigns across multiple channels
- You’ll be confident with budgets - forecasting, tracking, and ensuring every pound is spent where it counts most
- Leveraging the full marketing mix, from activations through to digital channels, you’ll optimise campaigns to reach the right people, in the right places, at the right time
- Managing at least one direct report, you’ll be a mentor and motivator, inspiring your team to thrive, grow, and produce their best work
- You’ll cultivate a culture of ambition and collaboration, where creativity and high standards are not just encouraged—they’re expected

More people deserve great coffee and Blank Street strives to make this possible. Blank Street’s formula involves technology enabled, micro-footprint brick-and-mortar spaces which operate at a cheap price meaning they can produce excellent coffee, also, at a reasonable price.
What started as one electric-powered coffee cart in 2020 has expanded to over 50 locations across New York City, Boston and London. Blank Street wants to serve coffee cheaper than Starbucks but tastier than Dunkin’ Donuts – its main competitors – and has done so with automation, specifically Eversys espresso makers that can produce 700 drinks an hour.
The chain has received mighty financing, including from real estate tycoon Tishman Speyer as well as from General Catalyst Partners and Tiger Global Management. This brand is certainly making its mark as its growth has remained at an impressive rate, especially following its entrance into the thriving coffee shop market in the UK.
