Who you are

You're comfortable reading and interpreting common legal documents (subpoenas, court filings, notices, correspondence), and you're detail-oriented and organized enough to juggle multiple requests at once
Prior experience in legal support, paralegal work, customer service, or operations coordination rounds out your background
In this role, you will cover Monday through Friday, 9 am–6 pm or 10 am–7 pm PT

What the job involves

Own the process from start to finish - triage and route incoming Litigation Support tickets, ensuring prompt resolution and adherence to SLAs
Thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment - juggle multiple tickets and priorities without missing a beat, and adapt quickly as needs shift
Keep client orders on track - manage phone and Zendesk communications, monitor job milestones, request vendor updates, and keep customers informed on status
Be the problem-solver - resolve issues cross-functionally, escalate time-sensitive requests to the right person or team, and keep case records clean and accurate (no duplicates, proper merges)
Communicate like a pro - bring a hospitality mindset to every interaction with clients, vendors, and teammates
Work with cutting-edge tools - navigate Zendesk, Slack, Google Workspace, and eFiling/case management platforms like Journal Tech, Tyler Odyssey, LegalConnect, GreenFiling, Legal CMS, and ServeManager
Stay organized and on top of it all - support Lit Support projects like the Guru knowledge base and meeting notes, and grow through regular 1:1s, coaching, and quality reviews
You'll crush this role if you have operational experience in litigation or legal support and you've demonstrated the ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven workflows with precision
