• Strong background in Account Management within a SaaS environment, with a knack for building lasting client relationships
• Strong sales and client success skills, you know how to spot opportunities and turn them into wins
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing team
• A track record of successfully renewing even the most at-risk accounts
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with enterprise clients in the Talent Acquisition space—or the HR industry more broadly

• Lead and mentor the Account Management team to achieve client renewals, upsell targets, and overall revenue growth, ensuring churn remains low
