Role
Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-moving, high-growth digital environment. Experience in wellness, consumer tech, or subscription-based businesses is a plus
- You're fluent in all things content, community, and creators. From writing scroll-stopping posts & email campaigns, to nurturing influencer partnerships, you know how to build love for a brand from the ground up
- Deep familiarity with Braze (Or similar lifecycle marketing platform) Bonus points for experience with Meta Ads.
- A data-driven growth mindset. You thrive on analyzing data and turning insights into action
- Proven ability to manage and engage online communities through social media or emerging platforms. You have bucket loads of creative ideas and know how to build excitement and connection within our community.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You take initiative, test new ideas, and adapt quickly to what works
- Strong communication and copywriting skills. You know how to craft engaging messaging across multiple channels
What the job involves
- Social & Content Strategy
- Own our content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels—planning, creating, and publishing content that grows our following and strengthens brand love
- Work with creators, customers, and our internal team to source and produce engaging content—from reels and carousels to UGC and testimonials. Monitor performance and use data to continuously refine our content approach
- User Engagement & Communications
- Manage user communication journeys through the Braze platform, including onboarding sequences, milestone celebrations (e.g., “100th class taken”), and retention campaigns
- Develop push notifications, in-app modals, and email campaigns to enhance user engagement
- Continuously optimize messaging and segmentation to improve key engagement metrics
- Influencer & Partnership Marketing
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers to drive user acquisition through performance-based partnerships
- Lead collaborations, seeding programs, and ambassador initiatives to grow awareness and trust. Track and measure influencer campaign ROI and optimize for growth
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track growth, engagement, and retention metrics across content, community, and lifecycle. Monitor and report on key marketing and business metrics to C-level executives on a weekly basis
- Share learnings with the team and help shape our overall marketing and product roadmap
- Community Growth & Engagement
- Drive the growth and engagement of the FivePointFive community, fostering a strong, interactive, and supportive user base
- Create programs and moments that drive conversation—like challenges, AMAs, feature launches, or surprise-and-delight activations
- Lead user testing of new features with our super members, obtaining feedback for our product team

With 80% of Gen Z and millennial workers citing high-stress levels and poor sleep as an ongoing and increasing concern within the workplace, FivePointFive's platform provides an array of on-demand classes, with regular class drops, curated by world-renowned coaches. Through their guidance, FivePointFive aspires to bring breathwork to a wider audience and improve the health of millions.
Modern-day breathwork has been around since the 1960s, with individuals like Wim Hoff and Dan Brule pioneering the technique for decades. As the health benefits have become better known, it has attracted millions of people to practice it and companies like Nike and NASA to start offering breathwork sessions to employees. FivePointFive's app shapes itself around the user's biometric data and incorporates performance tracking features.
Set within a space receiving increasing traction, FivePointFive launched after over two years of R&D and testing, indicating the rigour put into the app's development. With early user reports indicating improvements in sleep quality and stress management, FivePointFive has great potential to build a significant business that impacts lots of people.
