Product Marketing Manager, Cognism

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in product marketing or product management, preferably in a B2B industry
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful product launches
• Proven ability to develop actionable insights from customer, market and competitor intelligence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• As Cognism strengthens its Product Marketing function we are looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager to help deliver successful product launches, develop value-driven messaging, positioning and content, and champion the voice of the customer
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
• Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring successful adoption
• Create compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience
• Contribute to the development of pricing strategies and monetization models for our products
• Analyse market data and customer feedback to optimize pricing and maximize revenue
• Gather and analyse customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform the product roadmap
• Provide regular feedback to the product team on customer needs and expectations
• Serve as the primary liaison between the product team and marketing/go-to-market teams
• Ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the product development and launch process
• Develop compelling value-led narratives for Cognism’s roadmap and ensure clear and consistent messaging across the company
• Develop a deep understanding of our target audience, their needs, and buying journey
• Work closely with key stakeholders to conduct prospect and customer research to develop actionable insights
• Collect and analyse customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies
• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for Cognism’s products to increase feature adoption and communicate value throughout the customer journey
• Create compelling product-led assets across various formats, such as product demos, tutorials, and customer success stories
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and quality across all channels
• Develop and maintain product-related documentation, including FAQs and user guides
