What the job involves

Reporting directly to WHS Customer Support Manager, the primary role of the bilingual WHS Product Specialist Intern is to to be the initial point of contact for WHS customer requests
Their role is to ensure that all WHS customers receive (through direct response or proper ticket routing): an immediate first response, the appropriate troubleshooting steps, and swift full time resolution
This internship will give you a foundational understanding of customer support, solution engineering, product management for technical medical devices with a impactful health driven mission
This will allow you to network and learn from a global team. You will get a view of all the behind the scenes of a successful support team!
Handling of front line and escalated support requests in order to ensure customer satisfaction, through email, phone and other channels
Managing multiple queues, ensuring support requests are handled or funneled to the correct team
Completing proactive outbound calls to new program members
Participating in the process of enriching the internal knowledge base (training)
Helping in the service performance and processes

Spanning engineering, data science, and healthcare, the Parisian company are behind products such as the Apple-connected Body Smart scales which includes an “eyes closed” mode, hiding the weight from the user but harvesting the data to keep tabs on health.
