You will help make Pantheon recognisable, relevant, and memorable for the developers, marketers, IT leaders, agencies, and organisations we serve
• This is a hands-on role for a designer who can move comfortably between big-picture thinking and precise execution. You will bring strong visual judgement, thoughtful craft, and an understanding of how design supports brand perception, audience engagement, and business goals. You will work closely with Brand, Marketing, Events, Product Marketing, Digital, Sales, and executive stakeholders to create work that is both creatively ambitious and effective
• Translate brand strategy, campaign objectives, and audience insights into clear creative concepts and visual systems
• Develop high-quality design work across digital, print, social, presentations, events, executive communications, sales enablement, and internal channels
• Create and evolve campaign identities, art direction, layouts, illustrations, motion concepts, and supporting design assets
• Partner with copywriters, strategists, marketers, event leads, and subject-matter experts to develop integrated creative work from brief through delivery
• Help with the visual development of major brand moments, including global campaigns, product launches, customer stories, company events, and executive engagements
• Design experiences that work across audiences, formats, markets, and channels while maintaining a coherent Pantheon brand
• Bring fresh ideas, references, and perspectives to the team, while knowing when to build from established systems and guidelines
• Present concepts and creative recommendations clearly, explain the thinking behind your work, and incorporate feedback with confidence and care
• Manage multiple projects at different stages, balancing deadlines, quality, stakeholder needs, and available resources
• Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, production partners, and vendors when additional support is needed
• Contribute to and improve Pantheon’s design systems, templates, asset libraries, workflows, and creative operations
• Help raise the quality and consistency of design across the organisation through constructive critique, documentation, and knowledge sharing
• Stay curious about emerging design practices, tools, technologies, and responsible uses of AI in creative work
• Champion an AI-first approach to creative work by identifying and implementing AI tools to automate design tasks, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency
• Explore emerging AI capabilities and design technologies to optimize creative processes and elevate the quality of brand work
• Your success will be evaluated through a balanced view of:
• The quality, originality, and effectiveness of the creative work you deliver
• Consistent and thoughtful application of Pantheon’s brand across channels, markets, and experiences
• The ability to turn complex ideas, products, and business priorities into clear and compelling visual communication
• Strong partnership with cross-functional stakeholders and the ability to build alignment around creative decisions
• Reliable project ownership, prioritisation, communication, and delivery against agreed timelines
• Contribution to reusable systems, templates, processes, and assets that help the wider organisation work more effectively
• The impact of your work on audience engagement, campaign performance, event experiences, executive communication, and brand perception
• Contribution to a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing creative culture
• We want this role to build durable creative, strategic, and leadership skills—not just deliver individual projects
• You will have opportunities to deepen your craft, influence Pantheon’s creative direction, shape scalable design systems, lead significant brand moments, and build strong partnerships across the business. As you demonstrate impact and grow your scope, future opportunities may include leading larger creative programmes, mentoring designers, managing external creative partners, or progressing into creative direction and design leadership
• Progression is based on demonstrated capability, business needs, and sustained performance
