Who you are
- This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SaaS sales, enterprise account management, and team development
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with 3+ years in a leadership or management role, preferably within a SaaS or technology company
- Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Experience demonstrating software and comfortability selling to all C-Level executives
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
- Experience managing complex, high-value sales cycles and enterprise-level accounts
- Strong ability to inspire, coach, and develop a team to excel in a high-pressure environment
- In-depth understanding of SaaS sales processes, subscription models, and enterprise technology solutions
- Ability to effectively present and communicate technical product solutions to diverse audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales enablement tools (Zoom Info, Outreach, etc)
- This role requires the ability to travel
What the job involves
- We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Manager, Sales, ENT/MM to lead and oversee our enterprise sales efforts at OpenSpace
- The Manager, Sales, ENT/MM will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and mentoring a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of enterprise sales representatives to meet and exceed sales objectives
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to drive individual and team success
- Foster a collaborative and motivational team environment that emphasizes accountability and results
- Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth objectives
- Set clear performance goals, KPIs, and sales targets for the team
- Identify and prioritize key verticals and target markets for enterprise-level opportunities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers at enterprise organizations
- Oversee key account management strategies to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion
- Lead negotiations and manage complex sales cycles, including RFPs, pricing discussions, and contract agreements
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies
- Provide market feedback to the product team to influence roadmap decisions and enhance offerings
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and alliances
- Analyze sales metrics and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership
- Leverage CRM tools to maintain accurate forecasts, track progress, and ensure data integrity
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to adjust sales strategies proactively
Our take
360 photos and virtual tours are nothing new. Popularly used to enhance estate agent listings, or create tours of attractions, tools such as Kuula, Panoskin, and Matterport have captured that market. But OpenSpace is applying similar technologies to another industry sector - construction.
With a simple store-bought camera attached to a hard hat, a site walk-through creates a virtual 3D replica of any space. This detailed capture, reminiscent of Google Street View, eliminates the need for site visits, saving time and also reducing risks of visitors to building sites.
Other 360 virtual tour companies will probably offer their services to construction in the future, but OpenSpace hopes to keep the lead with its superior processing speed. (Its approach creates results in just fifteen minutes as opposed to the hours or days of other systems.) It is also well-funded, so can get on with scaling the business and developing additional AI-powered technologies to keep its value up.
