Who you are
- Experience on platform team
- Experience working with multiple FE testing frameworks and bundlers / tools (Mocha, Jest, Webpack vs Parcel, etc)
- Strong evidence of having set technical direction on a platform team
- Self-driven, has experience driving things from end to end
- Strong collaboration skills across a wide area; this person will be working with engineers across the company
What the job involves
- Set direction for our frontend infrastructure strategy to support a quickly growing number of engineers
- Build and maintain frontend developer experience and testing infrastructure
- Ensure our frontend monitoring is robust and that our app is performant
- Advocate for product quality and collaborate with product engineering teams on cross cutting issues, such as web performance
