Sales Executive – US Market (NYC, Boston, Chicago, Miami), Radical Storage

• Native or fluent English speaker
• 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in a startup or fast-paced sales environment
• Experience selling to local SMBs (especially in hospitality, food, or retail)
• Comfortable doing cold outreach – email, phone, walk-in
• Independent, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Able to work remotely and travel as needed

Desirable

• Lead our partner acquisition efforts in NYC, Boston, Chicago, and Miami
• Fill supply gaps by identifying and signing storage partners in high-demand areas
• Perform outbound activities: cold emailing, calling, in-person walk-ins
• Target small-to-mid-sized local businesses: hostels, hotels, cafes, convenience stores, etc
• Manage the entire sales process: from first contact to onboarding and launch
• Collaborate with global sales leadership to align on targets and tactics
• Report insights from the U.S. market and propose local initiatives
