Who you are

Candidates must be comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring that the value-added and quality of delivery are consistent for all clients, regardless of project size
As a Senior Project Manager, we are looking for candidates who have a proactive approach to project delivery, working with the teams to deliver excellence always
This key client-facing role requires the combination of:
Demonstrable SAP Business One and/or SunSystems project management experience
Technical and commercial appreciation and,
A honed client-engagement skill set that is both flexible and inspires confidence
The candidate will be accustomed to running multiple projects of all sizes (40-250+ man days)
Knowledge of a structured project methodology is required
Excellent written and spoken English is a prerequisite for the position
Must have 5 years minimum of specific ERP PM experience
The candidate must have a proactive approach to project delivery, an ability to put together and lead a team, whilst being able to confidently navigate both internal and client stakeholder structures. In addition, able to have billable ulitisation 75%+
At least one of the following certifications:
PMP/CAPM certification
Agile PM
PRINCE2
PMBOK
At least 5yrs min experience, SAPB1(preferably), SunSystems(preferably), MS D365FO, Netsuite or similar. Experience of managing up to 10-15 projects simultaneously
Knowledge of financial, accounting and distribution systems
Strong understanding of ERP solutions
Experience working on Global projects
Line management experience
Excellent written and verbal English

We are looking for a highly driven and motivated Senior Project Manager with expertise in ERP implementations to join our expanding, international SAP Business One and Infor SunSystems team
The role operates within the Delivery practice and across the many different industries in which NTT DATA Business Solutions provides its services
From project mobilisation to go-live, this delivery role is at the forefront of NTT DATA Business Solutions work to enhance and transform its client’s operations
Client Management:
Manages day-to-day client interaction and expectations for a portfolio of small to medium-scale projects
Anticipates client’s needs and proposes alternative business solutions
Continually seeks and capitalises upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
Demonstrates a genuine interest in their client’s operations and objectives
Maintains client engagement through regular meetings and status reports
Possess the ability to maintain a professional demeanour in times of high stress and the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment to develop client relationships that result in positive unsolicited feedback
Financial Management:
Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for all projects within own portfolio
Ensures that all timesheets are and project approvals are completed within organisation deadlines
Able to identify and deliver change management activities
Analyses and forecasts profitability, revenue, margins, and utilisation across own projects
Addresses billing issues when they arise working with the account manager as appropriate
Delivers projects within budget and margin targets
Accurately forecasts projects, maintaining accurate plans and estimates at completion
Serves as a key participant and facilitator in team and client meetings
Maintains clear and up to date project documentation
Confronts issues openly and quickly
Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors and peers in the business
Tactfully communicates sensitive information
Encourages creative and innovative thinking from the team members while assisting them to bring their ideas and career plans to fruition
Works across the organisation to share lessons learned and best practice methods
Possesses the expert knowledge to identify opportunities for change and the ability to convey the need for change
Technical Understanding:
Working knowledge of financial, accounting and distribution systems
Possesses a detailed understanding of ERP solutions
Builds expert knowledge in our industry and conveys knowledge to other members
Understands technical elements of project planning, including critical path analysis and effective risk analysis
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Line management of two Mid-Market Project Managers
Ensures that direct reports are adhering to project governance processes and maintaining all project collateral to quality standards
