Graphic Project Manager, Simetrik

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of experience in a design role, preferably within an agency or tech company, with experience in project management
• Proven experience in art direction, with a portfolio showcasing leadership in digital, print, and social media projects
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Figma, Google Slides, and basic HTML for email design
• Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, branding, and layout across various media
• Ability to balance creative vision with practical execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with remote teams

• Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the creative vision set by the Creative Director is executed seamlessly throughout the design process
• Lead and inspire a team of designers and external collaborators to produce innovative and high-quality visual content
• Direct the visual style for a variety of projects, including print, digital, social media, presentations, multimedia content, and illustrations
• Review and approve designs, layouts, and other creative materials to ensure consistency with the brand’s identity and vision
• Ensure all design elements adhere to company guidelines and industry best practices
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and workflows between designers, marketing teams, and other departments
• Develop project briefs, set clear objectives, and ensure that creative outputs meet the desired goals
• Use project management tools to track progress, assign tasks, and manage resources efficiently
• Ability to manage video, web, and graphic production vendors, as well as review budgets
• Ability to understand both simple and complex requests and effectively communicate them to the team in a clear and concise manner
• Hands-on involvement in creating key visuals and collateral for digital and print use, including brochures, web designs, social media banners, case studies, PR campaigns, presentations, and event graphics
• Maintain and ensure the consistency of brand elements across various touchpoints, including internal and external materials
• Produce illustrations, infographics, and other graphic elements to effectively communicate complex information in a visually compelling way
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing and product teams, to develop and refine creative concepts
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas for creative briefs, recommending visual styles, and staying current with trends in design and digital media
• Act as a liaison between design teams and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and alignment with project goals
