• We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Stock & Data Analyst to support our Managed and White Label rental operations. This role sits at the intersection of operations and data – ensuring our partner stock is accurately tracked and reported while also driving data-led insights that feed into all areas of the business, including Commercial, Product, and Marketing decisions.

• Key Responsibilities Include:
• Carry out regular stock reconciliations across Managed and White Label partners, identifying and resolving discrepancies
• Support stock management processes, including onboarding new brands and coordinating stock drops
• Prepare and deliver performance reporting for Managed brands and White Label partners
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, monitor performance, and support decision-making across Commercial, Product, and Marketing
• Build and maintain structured Excel reports and visual dashboards using data visualisation tools
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams to ensure smooth processes and accurate data flow
