Role
Who you are
- 8+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience, with a proven ability to close six-figure SaaS deals
- Track record of success selling into large, multi-stakeholder accounts across Benelux
- Strong business acumen, executive presence, and storytelling ability
- Experience selling in under-penetrated markets or operating as the first rep in-region
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and building structure where little exists
- Passion for collaboration, product-led growth, and changing how companies work together
- Fluent in Dutch & English

What the job involves
- We're hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to lead our growth across the Benelux region based in Amsterdam
- You will be our first Enterprise AE hire in the region, you’ll operate with high autonomy, establish Notion’s presence and build long-term customer relationships from the ground up
- You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, and be the voice of the market internally

- Own the full sales cycle: from pipeline generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, and renewal across strategic enterprise accounts in the Nordic region
- Build market presence and establish Notion as a trusted partner for digital transformation in large organisations
- Engage with senior stakeholders, including CTOs, other C-level executives and IT leaders, to develop tailored AI-led solutions around collaboration and knowledge management
- Deliver compelling product demos and business cases that speak to pain points across multiple departments and functions
- Negotiate commercial terms and pricing in line with strategic account planning
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver localised messaging, value realisation, and customer success
- Be the local voice of the customer: bring market insights back to Product and Go-to-Market teams to influence roadmap and strategy
Our take
Managing busy workflows using fragmented systems can be a headache for both individuals and businesses. Notion aims to combat this problem by enabling users to work from one central hub, customizing their workflows to suit their exact needs. This includes managing files, scheduling tasks, saving documents, writing to-do-lists, and setting reminders.
The company counts enterprise companies such as McDonald’s, The Wall Street Journal, Verizon, Samsung, and IBM as its customers. In spite of economic uncertainty, Notion reached a $2B valuation in 2020, helped by record signups as more people were forced to work from home. Its value has since risen to over 5 times this value, an impressive reflection of its success.
The company has also made a number of strategic acquisitions that, coupled with its enormous market value and enviable customer list, have Notion well-placed to continue dominating the market. However, with a growing wave of competitors emerging, including offerings like Microsoft Loop, Notion will need to keep innovating and evolving to maintain its edge and stay ahead in an increasingly crowded market.
