Role
Who you are
- Proven success hands-on owning paid channels (particularly google ads, youtube and META), driving improved ROAS and/or CPA
- Proactive with a creative and curious mindset - you’re always thinking of ways to drive continuous improvement and optimisations
- Strong verbal and written English skills - you will be controlling the voice of the company
- Experience using Google Analytics / Looker Studio
- Experience in using Data Analysis / web scraping pulling, manipulating and interpreting data
- Experience with conversion rate optimisation
Desirable
- Bachelors Degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent
- Working knowledge of Google ads/Looker studio
- Jira or similar
What the job involves
- Lead our paid marketing channels including but not limited to Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta. You’ll use data to improve our accounts, and constantly test new approaches to grow the biggest channels in our business
- Hands-on optimising our paid social accounts to lower CPA, improving our account structure and efficiently allocating spend
- Lead the creative ideation process and roadmap, working closely with our creative team to develop new ad ideas and messaging to improve performance
- Working closely with web to to build and optimise landing pages to improve conversion and give potential customers the best possible purchase experience
- Research, plan and launch new paid social acquisition channels to drive higher acquisition at lower CPA
- Own reporting and forecasting for your channels, working with our data team to create automated reports in Looker where possible
- Work with the rest of the growth team and brand team to drive customer messaging, identifying customer segments and new opportunities. You’ll need to bring your creative brain as well as your data brain!
- More broadly you’ll have the opportunity to work on conversion rate optimisation, to improve the customer experience and improve CPA
- Influence SEO projects to drive higher lifetime value through high quality acquisition
- Influence Social Media strategy, identifying opportunities and optimizing posts

Mistakes result in lengthy delays, heaps of additional costs, and unanticipated knock-on effects. Nodes & Links is a scheduling and project delivery platform startup looking to help these projects cut down on error, and therefore time, cost, and waste.
It’s a tough market to break into, with competitors like Oracle Primavera already boasting a broad-ranging and long standing customer base. Plus, scouting contracts with the kind of heavy-hitting enterprise clients Nodes & Links software serves isn’t going to be easy for the fledgling business.
Nodes & Links has made a commanding start, though. The company’s software has already been used by Balfour Beatty, HS2, and BAM Nuttal, suggesting that major players are eager to bet on the benefits of its AI-driven, predictive capabilities. It's impressive to see this kind of traction straight out the gate. Plus, infrastructure project mismanagement has been around for centuries - so Nodes & Links' addressable market isn’t going anywhere any time soon.
