Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in pre-sales or consultative technical sales within the fields of electric vehicles, renewable energy, or electronic/electrical components
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent
- Interest in electric vehicles and renewable energies
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive attitude and ability to self-learn
- Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting, resolving customers' queries and providing training
- Ability to manage and adapt to fast-changing priorities
- Ability to work closely with end-users in a consulting, services or support capability
- Travel as required
- Native in French and high level of English. Other languages are a plus
What the job involves
- Know every detail of Wallbox solutions (including our third-party integration), and understand how technical solutions are run and installed
- You will support our Sales team with technical product knowledge and objection handling in customer meetings, with travel as required
- You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Experience teams to ensure smooth prospect-to-customer transitions and long-term customer success
- Ensure that Wallbox Partners consistently provide excellent and industry-leading levels of Quality and Customer Service
- Address, review and solve any issues with Wallbox Products
- Identify faults in Wallbox Partner Network and rectify them in a timely manner to avoid any major problems in the future
- Have direct on-site contact with key accounts if needed to address issues
- Support and consolidate Wallbox Partners Network
- Be responsible for the delivery of every installation within the QA standards
