Role
Who you are
- Experience in Global Benefits – Minimum 7+ years of experience managing benefits programs, with strong expertise in the US and UK
- Compensation Acumen – At least 5 years of experience in compensation, including salary benchmarking, salary leveling, and pay structure development
- Market Data Expertise – Hands-on experience using compensation tools and market data sources such as Radford (or similar)
- Stakeholder Management – 5+ years of experience collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive strategic total rewards decisions
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking – Ability to interpret complex compensation and benefits data and develop actionable strategies
- Negotiation & Communication Skills – Strong ability to manage vendors and engage stakeholders effectively
- Emotional Intelligence & Adaptability – Ability to navigate competing priorities and work effectively in a high-growth environment
- Organizational Skills – Capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail
What the job involves
- As a Total Rewards Partner, you will design, implement, and manage our global compensation and benefits programs
- You will provide strategic guidance to ensure our total rewards strategy remains competitive, compliant, and aligned with Cognism's business objectives
- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including the People Operations group, to drive impactful compensation and benefits initiatives
- Your expertise in global benefits, particularly in the US and UK, along with your ability to manage stakeholders effectively, will be critical to success in this role
- Global Benefits Management – Oversee benefits programs in key regions, primarily the US and UK, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards
- Annual Benefits Renewals – Manage health insurance plans, pension/401(k) plans, and other employee benefits, driving cost efficiencies while maintaining high-quality offerings
- Vendor Partnerships – Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with benefits providers to ensure best-in-class service
- Compensation Benchmarking – Lead salary benchmarking efforts using tools like Radford (or similar) to maintain market competitiveness and internal equity
- Salary Leveling Frameworks – Develop and maintain salary structures that align with Cognism’s growth and talent strategy
- Strategic Advisory – Provide data-driven recommendations on pay structures, promotions, and incentive programs
- Stakeholder Engagement – Partner with senior leaders to drive alignment on total rewards strategies and manage competing priorities
- Cultural Alignment – Contribute to Cognism’s collaborative and high-performance culture, fostering trust and engagement across teams
