What the job involves

Workplace Experience Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily office operations, facilities management, and workplace experience
This entry-level position ensures the office runs smoothly by assisting with administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies, coordinating vendors, and providing general support to employees
Assist in maintaining a well-organized and functional office environment
Manage office supplies, restocking as needed and keeping inventory updated
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Support meeting room setups, office events, and general office organization
Support in managing senior leadership calendars, meetings, and logistics
Assist with ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives to help keep the organization moving forward
Help coordinate office maintenance and repairs by working with vendors and building management
Ensure communal areas (kitchen, conference rooms, etc.) are clean, stocked, and well-maintained
Assist with seating assignments, desk setups, and workstation requests
Support safety initiatives, including emergency preparedness and badge access management
Greet visitors, assist with office-related requests, and provide a welcoming environment
Help coordinate onboarding for new employees by setting up desks and providing office resources
Work with the team on workplace experience initiatives to improve employee satisfaction
