FP&A Analyst, Finom

• The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, solid understanding of management accounting principles, and experience in streamlining and automating
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, managerial accounting, or financial modeling
• Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and management reporting
• Tech-savvy problem solver – expert in Google Sheets & Excel automation (array formulas, scripting, ERP integrations)
• Familiarity with GAAP/ IFRS principles and financial compliance frameworks

• In this position, you will work closely with the FP&A Lead to build scalable FP&A processes and to automate finance workflows
• Support in building financial models, planning templates and methodologies
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and automate manual processes
• Closely collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, product, data analytics and HR teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Design scalable and dynamic reporting solutions Google Sheets / Excel, integrating with various ERPs and data visualization tools
• Drive cost efficiency by refining expense management workflows and building a structured cost center framework
