• We’re looking for ambitious and driven graduates to join our high-performing Sales Development team
• As a Graduate SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calling and building the foundations of a successful sales career
• This role is designed as a launchpad into a long-term career in sales, with clear progression into Account Executive roles typically within 12–18 months
• You’ll receive structured training, daily coaching, and ongoing development to help you build confidence and resilience
• Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound B2B prospecting and cold outreach
• Research target accounts to personalise outreach and improve conversion rates
• Identify and engage key decision-makers to qualify interest and uncover business needs
• Book qualified meetings and progress opportunities to senior sales, with exposure to the wider sales cycle to support ongoing development and progression
• Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and appointment targets
• Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handovers, strong alignment on opportunities, and shared success across the full sales process
