  • You have a proven track record of leading successful and consistent sales teams
  • You’ve built clear and measurable KPIs for teams you have managed and you have delivered consistently against those KPIs
  • You’ve built successful cross-functional partnerships with Customer Success and Sales to deliver a great customer experience
  • You thrive in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment
  • Experience in a global payroll sales environment
  • This person has relentlessly high standards and operates as a business owner who understands key levers to achieve results through their team
  • They have a passion for people management and are at their best when they’re building, developing and guiding high-performing teams

What the job involves

  • We are looking for a Sales Manager, Global Payroll to lead a team of Global Payroll Account Executives responsible for driving revenue, stimulating growth and maximizing client lifetime value
  • The ideal candidate thrives in an ambiguous environment where they must develop, implement, and iterate on business strategies to deliver growth and positive experience for clients
  • Hire and lead a highly engaged, high-performing team of Global Payroll AE’s (Solution Consultants)
  • Deliver the number: Empower the team to meet or exceed monthly quota targets and forecast with accuracy
  • Coach: Our team is growing and full of individual contributors looking to get better at their craft day in, and day out. You will be directly responsible for coaching and developing the GP AE through training, 1x1s, role plays, and strategy sessions
  • Drive sales excellence: Global Payroll is the fastest-growing product at deel. We add hundreds of new customers every month so it’s critical that you help us run a tight, repeatable, and effective sales motion
  • Lead through change: The only constant here is change. You will be responsible for leading the team through that change…providing clarity on the ‘why’ and then executing against the plan with urgency
