Product Manager, Lazarus AI

• 3+ years of experience in product management in a technology, in LLM and related fields
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and market research
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Experience with product management tools and platforms
• US Citizenship required due to government contracts
• Self starter able to act independently

• As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond
• You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, implementation, and sales, to ensure our products align with market demands, exceed customer expectations, and achieve business objectives
• Our customers work in some of the most critical aspects of the Nation and her Allies National Security
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to define product strategies and roadmaps
• Create and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications
• Work with engineering and design to ensure timely and successful product development and releases
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including product launches, marketing collateral, sales training, and customer support materials
• Gather feedback from customers, conduct user interviews, and analyze data to iterate on products and identify opportunities for improvement
• Continuously monitor product performance metrics, conduct post-launch reviews, and implement strategies to enhance product adoption and engagement
• Provide technical assessments of incoming projects or partnerships
